I only asked for a little off, but the stylist took off way more than I expected. Not heading back there...seriously, pay attention to what your clients are asking for!

This shellac was pretty basic. I didn’t even bother to check if my nails were all even in length and shape; I had to point it out myself since it was obvious they weren’t. They charged me extra for a manicure just to take off the cuticles. My nails ended up bumpy and just not great overall. The technician seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t show much care.

I got a shellac nail treatment at No1, and the technician was fantastic. Super precise and gentle. The finish could stick around for over three weeks. I was a little let down when I returned to have the polish taken off, though, 'cause another girl handled it and she was kinda rough, so the outcome wasn't great.

As someone who visits often, I’ve been there plenty of times. Today, I scheduled an appointment for 6:15, but I ended up being 5 minutes late. The staff were incredibly rude and refused to see me. Seriously? You think I’m gonna beg for service? You’ve got it all wrong. From now on, I’m steering clear of this place. It’s super unprofessional, and they clearly don’t care about their customers; it’s all about the money for them. Just stay away! The lady at the computer has done this twice now, sending customers away. Your loss, not mine.

I walked in with high hopes, thinking this shop had great reviews and I’d leave with a pro look, but boy, was I mistaken. My highlights turned out super streaky, and my roots ended up looking orange. The bleach seeped into parts of my hair that weren’t even meant to be highlighted, despite her using foils. Total disaster for £80.

I got my eyebrows done by Veronica, and let me tell ya, it was hands down the best experience ever! It was super relaxing, and she took her time with everything—waxing, plucking, and even trimming. I'm absolutely thrilled with how they turned out!

The service here is top-notch, and the team is super friendly. I tried an eyebrow wax first, and I was really pleased with the results. After that, I knew I’d keep coming back for more treatments. My pedicure with Mica is a real treat; I get a nice chair massage along with some warm tea or coffee. So far, I’ve had two facials, and I can’t say enough about how well Monica looks after my skin. Big thumbs up to the ladies!

This place is the top salon I've ever visited. I get my acrylic nails done here, and I always leave super happy. They handle it all very professionally, and my nails last around 4-5 weeks. I found this spot during the summer, and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

Yesterday, I showed up 20 minutes late due to two accidents causing terrible traffic. When I got there, they informed me that my appointment had been canceled. The last time, it was just a bit snowy, and I made it on time, but my nail technician was 25 minutes late, and nobody said a word. If you're gonna enforce a 'late' policy, it should apply to everyone, including your staff.

The service here is top-notch! As a regular customer, I return for various treatments and services. I've never had a bad experience and would definitely suggest No1 Hair and Beauty to others!

Honestly, it’s the finest place in London for your manicure, pedicure, and waxing needs, if you ask me. They ensure you leave looking stunning and gorgeous. Plus, the staff is super friendly :)

Monica takes care of my shellac manicure at No1, and she’s just fantastic. It’s the tidiest and finest I’ve ever had done anywhere! It never chips, and I could stretch it to 3 weeks if I felt like it! I’m sticking with her for sure!

I absolutely adore these folks! Right now, I’m just getting eyelash extensions, but I’m thinking about trying out some other services. Monica takes care of my lashes every single time, and they turn out just right. If I take good care of them, they can stick around for about a month. It was my first visit to a salon where I asked them not to chop my hair too short, and they actually took my request seriously!
